Back Azimuth is a coaching brand operated by Warrior Refuge Haven, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We provide coaching services, a self-reflection assessment, and related digital content. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for a licensed professional.

2. Information we collect

• Self-assessment responses. Answers you submit through the Plot Your Position assessment.
• Contact details. First name and email address you provide to receive your results and follow-up communication.
• Payment information. If you purchase a program, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited transaction data (e.g., last four digits, brand, billing country, amount).
• Usage data. Basic technical information (device type, referrer, pages viewed) collected through standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics.

3. How we use information

• Deliver your assessment results and recommended next steps.
• Provide, personalize, and improve our coaching services.
• Send transactional email (results, purchase receipts, program logistics).
• Send optional educational or marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Process payments and prevent fraud through Stripe.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and Stripe for payments), under contracts that limit their use of your data.
• Legal and safety requests where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved.

5. Sensitive topics

The assessment includes an optional safety question. If you indicate current thoughts of self-harm, we may show crisis resources (including 988) instead of a standard result. We do not disclose your responses to your employer, unit, chain of command, or family.

6. Data retention

We keep assessment responses and contact details for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via any email footer.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us (see Section 10).
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
